Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy for kitchenware and decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, kitchenware that has been used or washed cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are Guzzini tableware products dishwasher safe?
Most of our acrylic and glass collections are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend using the top rack and a low-temperature cycle to preserve the clarity and finish of the material over time.
